One who cuts off Skype conversations on a regular basis using the excuse that the Skype connection was "lost". A highly annoying, unfortunate, and cruel practice.

Johnda: Hey when is your soccer game?
Johnda: Hey Scott... Are you there?
Johnda: Scott... =
Johnda: Scott is just another "Regular John". I thought he was different. Bummer.
