A bunch of young, hot chicks laying out in the yard, not by a pool or beach. Usually seen outside college dorms or buildings with no pools.

I was just driving by the dorms and you should have seen all the 'gash in grass'.

Festival Grass

Grass that was once living green lawn, but has succumbed to excessive traffic or heat. If you sit on it you get covered in bits of dead grass. Typically found in Australian backyards during summer, and at music festivals.

Three days of 40 degree heat and my backyard is just festival grass.

Ex 1. Jimmy is way past critical grass, I bet he's passed out in an hour.
