A person who knows what they want and knows how to get what they want. They live by their own code and do not care about what others think. A boss has their own personality, and does not follow the norm, just because it is the norm. A boss does not settle for less than they are worthy of. They are always the coolest person in the room. People gravitate around them and they inspire people. They are beautiful, have style and good taste.
