The Big Game

The best rivalry in college football. Stanford University plays University California Berkeley (Cal) for The Axe. The Big Game in 1982 had the most spectacular but controversial finish in the history of college football. Simply called The Play, five Cal players touched the ball on a zany kickoff return that gave Cal a 25-20 victory, although I swear the second player's knee was down.

Stanford has the record for consecutive Big Game victories, winning in 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 00, and 01.

Cal has won the last two Big Games.

psycological tricks (reverse psychology, etc..) used to gain an advantage on one's adversary. Mind games can be used for casual situations like billiards or intense moments like convincing your boss/teacher that you were, in fact, on time. Invented in 2007 by Los Gatos Soccer head coach Rusty Millard. Not to be confused with Old Greg's "love games."

Rusty, " I was like, "Whatever Matt, I know you wanted to wear your green jersies, well you know what? It doesn't matter, we invented mind games""

Phrase used to describe one who has consumed far too much liquor and is therefore reduced to a drooling, snoring, unconcious lump who may or may not end up vomiting on themselves or other people later on in the evening. May sometimes lead to boot and rally, pissing in the fridge, or other drunken acts which will undoubtedly not be remembered in the morning. See ptfo. This is the most opportune time to attempt such daring feats such as teabagging, giving a flying squirrel or other humiliating acts.

Dude, check nick out, Game over.
