counseled-out

If a student has had a catastrophic experience, a tragedy, an emotional upheaval that leaves that student unable to physically sit through class, has not slept in over 18 hours, is unable to complete course work, and/ or does not feel prepared for the next day's assignment(s)/assessment(s), a student may ask to be counseled-out and counselors may counsel a student out of class; they may also discuss the possibility of the student’s going to the Clinic, going home, or some other means by which to handle the situation.

"Kevin, I can't counsel you out again unless you're on fire. Do you understand that?"

"Um yeah, I just counseled-out of 18 classes. God I hate second trimester."

While playing Super Smash Bros. 64 you are killed by the tornadoes, the star ships, the Pokemon, or that god damn lava. Also can be from someone that wont let you back on the edge.

"I hate Super Smash Bros. I only had 10% damage, but he wouldn't let me back on the edge. Fucking niggered out!"
