A train that starts at Brisbane and stops at Kyogle, Casino, Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Urunga, Nambucca Heads, Macksville, Kempsey, Wauchope, Kendall, Taree, Wingham, Gloucester, Dungog, Maitland, Broadmeadow, Fassifern, Wyong, Gosford, Hornsby, Strathfield and Central and runs one service every day. It skips Eungai station because it is an idiot.

I caught the 32 train from Coffs Harbour to Sawtell.

Late Train

A chain-reaction that occurs at a social gathering, meeting, practice, or other form of social interaction, initiated by an individual announcing to the group that they are going to be late, which in turn, results in other members taking their sweet-ass time to get ready, often resulting in the actual event being pushed back as far as even a couple of hours.

We were meant to have a banquet around 4o’clock this afternoon, but because the most charismatic person in our group said she was going to be late, she caused a late train, pushing back the party to 6:30.

Mega Training Day

Mega Training Day
A collaborative training event model which originated from a Family Law Pathways Network. Now implemented Australia wide.

The training is based on realistic case study of a separating family.

Trainees are Front Line workers in the Family Law System.

A wide range of organisations that provide services to families present information in an expo style to address the needs of the case study family.

Trainees are faciliated through an experiental, interactive learning experience in small, multi-disciplinary groups.

At the event relationships are built across services and the outcome is better referrals for separating families.

Some Networks also run Mini-Mega Days, a scaled down version of the idea.

The Mega Training Day model can be used as a basis for in-house, collaborative training involving many different organisations and types of roles. It has much better outcomes than a simple expo event.
