A gesture you make to a mate when you are talking to a girl and need to escape. The gesture looks like you threw a smoke bomb onto the floor.

Your friend will come along and offer up some excuse to get you out of there unscathed.

A play on the phrase 'Go Green, Go White' used by students of Michigan State University when smoking weed or after seeing someone else smoking weed. Used in the same fashion as Go Green, Go White, where the call 'Smoke green' warrants the response 'Blow white'.
