Go Haywair

To go wrong, to become overly excited or deranged.

To behave or work in a crazy or disorderly way.

Began to be used in USA in 20th century and soon became a business slang. Later the phrase became very popular both in Canada, Britain and Australia. Originally the spelling was "haywire" as for "hay-wire", later began to be spelled as "haywair" withing the USA only. The first version of spelling is more frequently used.
Ishod Wair is a legendary sportsman. I can't even emagine things can ever go haywair for him.

Last night I was in the office and when I tried to turn off the computer it just went haywair. We had to call a specialist to recover it and I was the one who payed for it.
