To Juan Out means to consistently under-perform, be late or not show up to events. Inevitably there's always that one person who can't make it to the meeting, skips class, or struggles to do the bare minimum. Always must have that one...that juan's out.

Juan Antonio

It is by far the best name for any man. Juan Antonio's are loyal, honest, faithful, hard workers, dependable, great lovers, vain, proud, family oriented and selfless. He loves the idea of being in love and in a committed relationship. It takes quite a lot to anger a Juan Antonio. He hates people without initiative and people who can't make it happen on their own. He rather have some trying times happen before asking for help, as he believes he can make it on his own. Juan Antonio's are successful in everything they do in life, they don't take no for an answer and they are achievers. If you happen to be one of the lucky ones that crosses path with a Juan Antonio, consider yourself to be blessed. Not everyone is lucky enough to even know one. I know this because i have one.

In life the only way to be successful is to live by Juan Antonio's creed.

Juan Samuel

Long Island Iced Tea followed by a shot of Goldschlager. Named after the great Juan Milton Samuel (born December 9, 1960) is a retired second baseman and center fielder who spent sixteen seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Philadelphia Phillies (1983–1989), New York Mets (1989), Los Angeles Dodgers (1990–1992), Kansas City Royals (1992, 1995), Cincinnati Reds (1993), Detroit Tigers (1994–1995) and Toronto Blue Jays (1996–1998). A three-time National League (NL) All-Star, he appeared in the 1983 World Series with the Phillies.

Samuel, an aggressive hitter who infrequently drew bases on balls was once quoted as saying, "You don't walk off the Island (meaning his home country). You Hit." (Hence the Long Island Iced Tea).

Juan was gold in the lead off batting spot. He had great speed and big bat. (Hence the Goldschlager).

It was the "bottom of the ninth" at Xfinity Lounge in Philadelphia, PA. Jody was slumped over the bar having partied all day and night for the Eagles game. The bartender yells "LAST CALL". Jody perks up and lifts his head just enough to order a "Juan Samuel". Clutch call to close the bar and the evening!
