Some one who is always at the Gym and knows everyone there. Sometimes but not always a self absorped person male or female who is constently looking in the mirror. Obviously spends to much time coordinating their gym attire.
Male Definition: oversized "lats" cannot put his arms down, Always is talking way to long between "sets", stays on certain machines for a ridiculous amonts of time.
Female Definition: Has a hot body but is soo stuck up, always sticking out her ass and tits when working out, always on her phone, Botox

When someone at the gym drops a load of weights suddenly, usually in a machine, causing a deafening sound to occur. A common phenomenon and most people try to act like they are not bothered.
