They can either be their own creation or someone else's(which is most often the case); they don't care. The only thing they care about is that everyone hears about it; all day, everyday. More often than not these people are moody, inconsiderate, drama queens. The poems they write while seemingly meaningful, are just that- SEEMINGLY meaningful. They don't actually have any connection to any part of this persons life; they just act like it does.
