A colloquial term for someone who is very desperate for something to happen. Also a term used to call somebody who is desperate or of desperate disposition.

Desperate Irrelevants have a tragic inability to deal with the crushing weight of their own finite existence, which leads to them clawing and scratching at everything and everyone all the way to their graves.
