They try to always be the "life of the party" in the worst situations possible, and feel the need to get all the attention they possibly can, no matter who gets in the way. A glowstick can be found trying to turn up in the most usual places, like a quiet library for example. You do not want to ever get near a glowstick, because they may seem appealing at first, but are extremely toxic once you open into one.
