and another form of the word fliggerty is "fliggacious" which means to me epicly amazing or demonic squirell tortioise-like.

Flirjection

A practice commonly used by women to reject a man who is interested in them and they are not interested in. This is done by flirting with him, leading him on, or acting sexually provocative. The result is that the man believes he is desired, when in reality he is not. Women believe this form of communication is very clear and are frequently surprised when they come off in the wrong way.
