a "Fliggerty" is a squirell tortoise that has demonic wings. a k a a really really nerdy/geeky person with no life in anyway.
and another form of the word fliggerty is "fliggacious" which means to me epicly amazing or demonic squirell tortioise-like.

"OMG dude! that guy went fliggacious on yo ass!"
