Acting like a complete idiot. Presumably "the blue crack" is Drain-O Crystals. "Have you been smoking the blue crack?" is thus analogous to "Have you been drinking turpentine?"

Note that this usage pre-dates the use of "blue crack" as slang for Tylenol PM.

"A customer asked me today if I could see her computer screen through the phone. I asked her if she was smoking the blue crack."

A contagious disease that affects young men (mostly) whos buttcracks are to high to fit in their pants. Most commonly found in groups of swagfags, ghetto wannabes, as well as "gangstas" as they put it. Can be cured with a belt or pulling up your pants. Also known as sagging.

What idiots use as a euphemism for general drug use and a reason for misbehaviour. Of course they lack the basic knowledge that crack is SMOKED (what do you think a crackpipe is for, dummy?), and not snorted. It's powder cocaine, or llello, yoca cola, A1 Yola, and so on that you snort.
