A slang word for constipation.
Can also be used to describe a large build up of excrement as the result of not using the toilet in several days.

Me: oh man, I haven't shit in like 5 days, I have a serious poo clot.

Friend: Ew, thats vile man.

Poo butter

Poo Butter is the nasty gelatinous fluid that forms under the folds of a fat ladies titties on an extremely hot day. The sweat runs down and collects in the dark cooler folds of skin and congeals into a texture similar to cooled bacon grease thereby becoming poo butter.

Mabel, make sure you lift up both titties and wash all the poo butter out from underneath them
