You know when you open a tube of Pillsbury dough and it all comes pouring out. Well biscuit dick is when you are checking out attractive women all day but you are in public, like at work or school, and you can’t do anything about it. So you have a slight chub all day that just wants to burst out of your pants like a tube of Pillsbury biscuits.
