The name given to those born in the shithole of a state Illinois. known for drinking several banquets in a night and racing till rowens heart stops or he blacks out.

Also credited for being "one unfunny little baby cub" but can still get you to crack a smile when his brain thinks of a smooth joke and can be awfully kind when the time calls.

common issue with Rowen’s is as the following: not muting while watching tiktoks, making fun of disabled people, gooning, and saying some things most wouldn't consider "politically correct" but could not be claimed to be racist.
