A group or subculture of perpetually disgruntled, economically stagnant individuals—often older, embittered, and clinging to nostalgic political slogans (e.g., "Make America Great Again")—who congregate (virtually or metaphorically) under bridges of misinformation, grievance, and lost relevance.
