1 A type of food; it is made from a pig’s heart, liver and the fat belly meat, minced and mixed together with breadcrumbs and herbs for seasoning. 2 The traditional English name for a bouquet garni (the cooking one not the Urban Dictionary one), a bundle of herbs consisting of bay leaf, thyme and parsley tied together and used as seasoning.
3 A disparaging name for an old and slatternly woman.
4 A bundle of sticks tied together and used as fuel.
