Being sent outside from a bar or club by bouncers, to cool down for a few minutes. similar to recieving a Yellow card in Rugby where a player has to sit in the sin bin for 10minutes.

Ben totally got yellow carded last night at nubar, he sat outside for half an hour.

A family-friendly way of denoting a urine incident or the threat thereof. In other words, someone just peed or needs to badly. It's perhaps most often used by medical professionals, who frequently have to use other codes so code yellow just fits right in.
