Elite soldiers under the control of Darth Sidious in the Star Wars franchise. These Troopers acting in numbers, as it is commonly known by the internet that they have bad aim.

That Storm Trooper became a bartender. The only problem is that he can't take any shots.
A Storm Trooper pointed his gun at his head because he was unhappy with his life, but when he pulled the trigger, he shot the wall next to him instead.

Mentioned recently in a penguinz0 video about a police going nuts and shooting his own car, stormtrooper aim means having really bad aim, usually meaning with a gun, as seen commonly in Star wars movies

I was in an aim class, and this guy next to me had total storm-trooper aim, he failed ever single shot!
