Rorshach Text

An ambiguous text message that could be interpreted any one of a number of ways. The ambiguity is often, but not exclusively, of a sexual nature.

This girl just sent me a total Rorshach text: "I was really excited to come tonight, but I'm feeling a little tired now."

I can't understand any of James's Rorshach texts, I think he must be drunk or high.

The digit on the hand that is used primarily for texting on your cellular phone. Also used to hitch hike but really more than a billion people a min are using it to send messages all over the world

Using the commonly known THUMB to push letters on a device to send an electronic message. or SSG Potter used his text finger to poke SPC smith in the eye during combatives. or he stuck his text finger out to catch a ride

To pretend to text (or in some cases just use your phone) in an awkward moment. More common among teenage girls then anyone else really.

Omg last night was sooo awkward with Jack so I basically Faked-A-Text the whole date!

The act of purposely misspelling words even though your phone auto corrects it for you just for the sake of showing how uneducated you can be

Where text messages go when they become delayed for unknown reasons. Usually the source of great frustration when they arrive many hours late.

1. I was hook up with that girl but my messages were getting trapped in text limbo.
2. Eric's messages got out of text limbo at 5am and woke me up.

A text message sent from one person in a group of people to another in the group. Normally used to talk about someone "behind their back" when they're actually right in front of you.

Matt was being a complete douche, but I didn't want to say it out loud so I whisper texted it to Nickie.
