„Ftau“ bedeutet sowas wie unlustig/dumm/kacke/blöd/Opfer und wird im negativen sinne gegenüber einer Person benutzt.

Das Wort hat seinen Ursprung in Bochum, Querenburg und kam ca. 2014 zum ersten mal in Umlauf.
