Creative Reward

A 'Creative Reward' refers to a self-gifted creative project undertaken by a graphic designer or someone engaged in a creative profession. This reward is a personal incentive upon successfully completing a creative task assigned to them, especially if it's one they might not be enthusiastic about.

John had to work late into the night on a tedious logo redesign, but he promised himself a 'Creative Reward' – an hour of painting his personal art – once he finished the task.

Creative energy

The energy, motivation and inspiration for a creator to creatate, for example for an artist to draw or for a writer to write.
Low creative energy leads to things like art block, but high creative energy can help one create their magnum opus.
Creative energy can most commonly be replenished by taking a break from creation.

A: "Hey, how's that drawing coming along, you've been working on?"
B: "Still nothing. I'm all out of creative energy"

A similar creature to the developer and programmer but a creative webimagineer lives its life in world of freelance and start-ups. It manages to survive this wild environment due to its adaptability to sudden changes and ability to spin up bullshit at a moments notice. Usually very fond of both sweet and savory snacks, but diets do differ from individual to individual.
