1. A word used in alot of Hip-Hop/Rap music describing a person or person's to be a little gone off that liquor, or codeine.
2. A person a little off kilter, crazy, wild; or maybe all 3.
2. A word describing someone that thinks outside the norm, but is at the same time cool.

-Sometimes also spelled THOED.
