Mad Seamie is something you say when somebody does something completely mad or idiotic. You also use it sarcasticly when a person never does anything without thinking about it first.

If a person does a totally mad act you call him 'Mad Seamie' from then on.

Short for Madeline, or Madelyn. Typically a she/they/he, this Mads character is a blast to hang out with. They aren’t the sweet Madeline that one expects; henceforth, the name change to just “Mads”.
