To Yeet you must toss an object backwards aggressively but YOU MUST NEVER YEET FORWARDS. Yeet is often an word that you replaced with yeeted simply because it is just easier to say in a sentence. In past tense If you have yeeted and object you would say yoted
Yo I just yeeted that foot ball backwards.

Bruh remember that time I yoted the foot ball backwards.
