The fifth circle of hell is one of the 9 circles of hell. It is the circle of hell reserved for wrathful and the slothful. The punishment for the wrathful is to eternally fight over the River Styx. The slothful are under the water, but are unable to get up because of their laziness in life.

I believe fifth wave ska is spanish-ska. There are many debates about if there is a fourth wave ska and nth wave ska. I say it's agreeable that Streetlight Manifesto defined fourth wave ska has ska heavily influenced by horns.
Fifth wave ska probably should be spanish-ska because if any one attended spanish-ska is it's own culture and it is big community already.
