A euphemism for doing drugs; mainly marijuana. Originated from a tweet made on may 21st 2023 by daily_luigi of artwork consisting of luigi attacking a ghost from the Luigi's mansion series called a "Goob".

Person 1: "bro what's he up to right now?"
Person 2: "Don't bother him, he's slamming a Goob in the shed."
Person 1: "I just slammed a Goob this morning."

To goob or goobing is when a person laughs or giggles, followed by a large amount of excrement to exit the body, usually in the form of a sneeze or cough for nasal mucus, but can also be flatulence, or blood.
