Toolbag Walking And Talking (TWAT). This term is used to describe a (toolbag) co-worker that distracts others by walking around the department while having a conversation on their blue tooth\wireless headset.
Employee 1: That guy is so annoying. He is constantly walking around while having a conversation on his wireless headset.
