Someone with a 'Serious case of the deads' will in 99.999% of medical cases be 'dead'.

Often used by multiple people playing video games to describe someone.

Person 1: Yay i killed him!
Person 2: Is that a hole in his head?
Person 3: It looks like he has a Serious case of the deads.
