1.) A word defined to tell that someone is being outrageous, or is untruthful.

2.) A meme in which when someone says the word "crazy", a bunch of 9-14 year old children comment this unfunny fucking phrase: "Crazy? I was crazy once. They locked me in a room. A rubber room. A rubber room filled with rats. And rats make me crazy." and continue to repeat it over and over again.

Come on guys, it's not even funny anymore. It's just repetitive.
