Rebound chaser

A person who seeks to initiate a romantic or sexual relationship with someone who has recently ended a relationship, typically preying on their emotional vulnerability. Often, this individual waits for an opportunity when the other person is emotionally raw or not fully healed from their breakup, in hopes of taking advantage of their fragile state to start something new.
