A term used for people who show rudeness to workers, people who show racism or are anti-vax, etc. The standard image for these people is a middle-aged white woman with particular hairstyle, although it can vary between Karens. they are known for their signature slogan showcasing their rudeness towards workers: "I want to speak with the Manager"
