The fallacy for when someone of a problematic group tries to justify their harmful ways by trying to convince people there was a silver lining. That it used to be good or still is good its just that there are a few bad people. But really its an excuse and a fake silver lining

A phrase used when having to bail on someone suddenly.

A made up excuse to have to leave an event.

A quick conversation stating you have to go.

Lane Line Helper

A swimmer term used for when you backstorke, and you get tired or lazy. So as you pull your arm back ( as you backstroke) so you can grab the lane line and you pull your self closer to the fianish.

I was using my lane line helper all practice!
