A Swiss German slang expression describing the full personal-care routine you perform while taking a shower. It refers to the whole process of grooming yourself from head to toe in one go, often including shaving, exfoliating, and other maintenance tasks. Basically the all-in-one hygiene session that turns a “quick shower” into a full spa treatment.
