Tweaker Neck Syndrome

Is a orthopedic disease tweaker arthritis caused when someone smokes meth amphetamine and holds their head in a tucked position to one side . When a crystal meth shard is put into a meth pipe you have to purge out cutting agents and allow the shard to liquidate then allowing it to reharden inside the bowl. To spread out the liquid meth you rotate the pipe in a motion from 10 - 2 on the clock. Back and forth in your mouth first exhaling blowing out a dragon cloud bigger than your vape and then inhaling to get high.
