A play off the phrase “straight drippy”, when an individual is dressed in a wide variety of denim-based material (i.e. Jean jacket, jorts, etc.) and is considered to be wearing the attire well - one can think of it as shortened “Jean drippy”

Friend 1: “You see that guy over there with the jeans, denim jacket and hat?”
Friend 2: “Yeah, I wonder why he is dressed like that?”
Friend 1: “In this world, it’s either drip or drown, and that man is straight jippy.”
