the state in which older women are in when they reach a point in their life in which every single little thing makes them mad/annoyed. Most commonly seen in the workplace where everything seems to be an inconvenience.

Jenn: "No, she hasn't talked to me in a while after our little argument, she must be having Old Lady Syndrome".
