Can also be lengthened to "budtastic" to emphasize just HOW buddy something is.

"You guys are hosting a party with a FROZEN CASSEROLE as the main entrée? That's buddy. You could've at least made it fresh."

"You're wearing flip flops to prom? That's buddy. I could have loaned you some high heels."

"Dude, that tent you built is buddy. Did you make it from trash? Next time, use a tarp. "
