scene kid

Any kid involved with the music scene. Often thought of as the other use of 'scene kid' which refers to kids with brightly coloured teased hair, a lot of neon bracelets, Converse shoes and Blood On The Dance Floor but the term is much more broader. Any punk, emo, prep ect. can be considered a scene kid if they follow local bands or even touring ones. There's no point spreading hate in this lifestyle with bullshit labels because most people are in it because they don't have to much else going for them and music helped them.
Person 1: Did you see that scene kid? What a idiot she thinks she looks so cool.
Person 2: Shut up, you have a bright red mohawk and walk around in platform boots. Your doing what other people do to you right now.
Person 1: Huh.

Empty Scene

Referring to someone who is utterly useless and his words do not contribute anything meaningful to society, in a particular scenario. (used as a verb or noun).
"Bro, he's such an empty scene in this rave party. Look at him playing with his pant buttons when we're all dancing."
> This example is an empty scene. Coz it makes no sense.

Scene Kid

A scene kid is basically an emo kid without all the crying. Hairstyles: are usually black, sometime with blond and bright colors. Usually straightened and really BIG.Hairspray is a must. Short, choppy layors work for the girls, also side bangs. Baretts(might i suggest Hello Kitty?) and BOWS.Guys usually just straighten and everything is swept to the side. Apperance: Girls like to wear alot of eyeliner. Bright make-up. A scene girl usually wears skinny jeans or skirts. Tight t-shirts. Same with guys, but skinny jeans and a tight t-shirt. Sometimes a hat. Shoes: For girls, flats. Guys nike, converse, and vans. Same for girls. Music: A scene kid might listen to techno and house. Another might listen to hardcore techno, or just techno. Really whatever they're into. Lingo: They use really "hip" old-skool words as in rad. 80's lingo fer sure. When they're not being a scene kid: obsessing over they're apperance, perfecting their hair every moment, denying that they are so-called "scene kids", and taking pointless myspace pictures.Their myspace names usually begin with an adjective of the first letter in their name, in the back or front. i.e. Vicious Victoria, Rad Raechel, Danielle Dieing. How they act : A scene kid knows that they are scene but they will never say they are and will always deny. They act like 4 year olds and their God is basically Hello Kitty. They also love dinosaurs and adding letters after wordsss. Or just saying "Rawrrr" for fun.
Scene Kid (girl) : I hope I can be just like Audrey! *hairsprays*

Later on,

Rad Raechel: Your hair looks sooo stellar! We are so scene!
Danielle Dieing: NO. Follow the code.

Scene

A style of being branched off from punk/punkrock. The difference is that scene is more aimed toward the emo style of life whereas punk just hated everything.
In all honesty we shouldn't shun these people who dress a certain way (Scene) because it's just clothing. And the "Emo" personality is brought on due to shunning them. Therefore the only way to slay the "beast" is by befriending the "beast". After that you'll end up bringing out the best. :
Child1: This scene kid is giving this lame effort to be different, when we know they dress all the same.

Child2: Okay? So he wears something some other people wear, you and I are both wearing American Eagle. We might not be trying to be different but we're just as "bad" as he is according to you. And how do you know he's trying to be different? Maybe he just likes the style of clothing? Even I think it's kinda cool.
