Sleep dope is most often a combination of CBD and THC. The THC, which is the part of the cannabis plant that gets one "high" is often found in very small dosages. In Massachusetts as of 2023 for example, the dosage most often used for sleep dope is 0.5 mg of THC, a sort of "ceiling" that the MA State government has deemed appropriate for inducing sleep but not getting the user "high". Users and sellers alike have found this to be subjective, but rather accurate.
