A 'Karen' is a white woman that CALLS 911 on a Black person over a small issue; like a Black child selling water, or a Black man with an unleashed dog in the park. It is NOT, just any white woman RANTING about something.

That KAREN just got charged with calling 911 unnecessarily, while reporting a Black man not keeping his distance on the pathway. (TRUE STORY).
