the same as spin the bottle but you're in a jacuzzi and you spin a rubber ducky.
you may find this hard but what you do is you spin the duck and it will fall on it's side whoever the duck lands on is who you kiss.

Whenever someone comes up with ridiculous ideas that are particularly complex to solve simple problems or have no possible chance of happening. Often used in Software Development to indicate when someone is spewing a high degree of BS.

Bob is just Spinning Castles, his solution is 10 times more complicated than necessary. - OR - Benjamin is just Spinning Castles because there is no chance we are ever going to do that elaborate project!
