Noels are known to be the most sensible and fashionable in their friend groups, and always comes prepared to any situation. Noels don't stand out that much within a group of people, but he needs the time and attention for him to crack out of his shell and show his true colors. Whenever he is in a social environment he isn't used to, Noel would avoid conversing with anyone and remain quiet. He would usually act busy by glancing down at his phone away from the crowd.
