Redneck folk native to southern Alabama and Kentucky that come from a long line of incest and severe mental retardation. The yeehaw folk are often known for their horselike teeth and their tendency to bang their family members. Cowboy boots and sparkly bootcut jeans are common attire in the yeehaw culture.
