When a male is too scared to ask a cute female whether she has a boyfriend or not and hopes that she will miraculously understand his motives through continuous empty conversations. This is usually reflective of an inability to grow facial hair, a lack of balls, and ultimately a signature of omega status for the male.
1. Bro, stop dragging the cat or else she'll think you're a pussy when she finds out from her friends.
2. Jack likes to drag the cat with Ashley because he prefers a fake friendship over loneliness.

The act of deceiving an opponant by putting the puck infront of you while facing an opponent, curling it to the right or left (depending on your whether you shoot right or left), and when the opponent attempts to swat it away you draw it back (drag) so the opponent misses the attempt and you continue to wheel.
Patty Dangles rockets down the right wing, dangles the puck to the right, ohhhhhh he curl and dragged that guy right out of his cup.

Term used to describe the act of motorcycle roadracing, in which the rider's inside knee often comes in contact with the track surface while cornering and with the motorcycle leaned over. Knee dragging is more likely when the rider is hanging off of the motorcycle - a technique used to minimize the lean angle of the machine and thereby maximize tire traction. For this purpose, leather roadracing suits incorporate knee pucks (also known as knee sliders) on the outside of each leg, just below the knee.

The last, desperate attempt of somebody who is remarkably unfunny to get a cheap laugh. Especially if more than 51% of their act involves them dressing up as women.
About 70% of the characters in Little Britain.
