In x86 or PC manufacturing industry (especially in the East Asia region), the term means "Big Issue Of Schedule and software". Because of this black magic bob binary caused most issues and it apparently is the only part can be upgraded in our computers. Meanwhile the market is shrinking, big firms is perusing the profit and replacing a mount of local employees with awful but cheaper Asian factory workers. The quality of it becomes worser and worser and lead to more serious schedule delay, quality troubles or the apocalypse disaster.

When you found that the stupid computer doesn't work anymore, please upgrade your shitty BIOS to the latest version and retry again. If it still can't fix your problem, please contact your local representative for the solution as a big customer. Or run some preboot diagnosis utility and then contact the local technical support as an end user.
